About the General Overseer

Mr. Olukayode Yakub was born into a Muslim family but gave his life to Christ on 1st of August 1991 at the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. He took the next step by getting baptized in the Redeemed Christian Church of God where he served God for several years as a minister. After years of unyielding to God’s call to start his personal ministry, he finally bow to the will of the Almighty God in year 2012. The Prince of Peace Assembly was established in 2012 in obedience to the call of God and in response to the mandate given to the Church
